MEET OUR DINOSAURS WILD FAMILY

Brooke and Winston the baby T. rex

Brooke

Owner/Dinosaur Ranger

a.k.a. "The Dinosaur Lady" or (my personal favorite) "Ms. Broccoli and her Dinosaur"

I'm a former classroom teacher and a mom of two.  I've dedicated most of my life to working with children, and I love introducing my little dinosaur crew to new dino-loving friends!

Favorite Dinosaur: I've always liked Stegosaurus.  I like Parasaurolophus too, as well as T. rex (Shhh!  Don't tell Winston that I didn't pick T. rex first!)

Brooke Likes: Dance parties, walks with my dogs, painting, playing bass guitar, puppets, and...of course...dinosaurs!

Winston the Baby T. rex

Winston

Baby Tyrannosaurus rex

While Tyrannosaurus rex may be the "Tyrant Lizard King", Winston is not much of a tyrant!  He's a (mostly) well-behaved young theropod from the Late Cretaceous period, and he loves making new friends.

Favorite Dinosaur: T. rex (obviously!)

Winston Likes:  Meeting people, getting his chin scratched, eating, going to birthday parties, eating, 90's dance music, eating, taking naps, and eating

Winston the Baby T. rex

Ricardo

Baby Velociraptor

Meet Ricardo, our clever and curious little raptor.  The name, Velociraptor, means "swift thief", which is fitting for for a little dinosaur who is always running off with Ranger Brooke's food!

When he’s not sneaking treats or sneaking away to play hide-and-seek , Ricardo loves getting attention from new friends.  He's always on the lookout for fun...and snacks.  Mostly snacks.

Favorite Food:  Anything he's not supposed to eat!

Ricardo Fun Fact: Ricardo is actually part Velociraptor and part Utahraptor.  He likes to think this makes him a Super Raptor!

Winston the Baby T. rex

Dizzy

Baby Parasaurolophus

Say hello to Dizzy, our sweet and musical Parasaurolophus from the Late Cretaceous period!

Dizzy is gentle and curious.  She loves sharing her unique sounds and showing off her plant-eating skills!

Dizzy Likes:  Crunchy leaves, quiet nature walks, listening closely, dino lullabies, showing off her crest

Dizzy Fun Fact:  She’s named after jazz trumpet legend, Dizzy Gillespie, for the fun, trumpet-like sounds she makes with the hollow crest on her head.
